## Description

Fundación Descúbreme is a Chilean nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the inclusion of people with cognitive disabilities across different areas of life, with a particular focus on employment. Working nationally with businesses, institutions, and community partners, it supports sustainable inclusion through individualized processes and efforts to build inclusive organizational cultures. Its services include consulting, training, workplace inclusion programs, and inclusive education initiatives that help employers and institutions make lasting changes. The foundation also offers online employment training courses for people with cognitive disabilities and develops programs that connect participants with workplace opportunities. Through Fondo Descúbreme, established in 2012 with support from SMU retail brands and their customers, it funds projects that expand inclusion opportunities. Other initiatives include Empresa Inclusiva Antofagasta and Bienestar Inclusivo, which brings workplace wellbeing activities such as active breaks, massage, and reflexology to companies. Fundación Descúbreme also shares research, publications, institutional guides, and information on Chile’s labor inclusion law, helping advance awareness, collaboration, and more inclusive employment practices.
