## Description

Desk 404 is a non-custodial platform for launching Pump.fun tokens and arranging over-the-counter block trades on Solana. It enables users to negotiate wallet-to-wallet trades at an agreed price, offering an alternative to selling large positions directly into a bonding curve, where a sale can affect the price. Each trade is settled atomically: the token transfer, SOL payment, and disclosed platform fee are included in one transaction, so they either all complete or none do. Buyers and sellers sign the transaction with their own wallets, and Desk 404 does not hold their tokens or SOL.

The OTC process supports signed offers, counteroffers, transaction verification, and receipts that can be checked on a block explorer. For token launches, users can create a Token-2022 coin using Pump’s current create_v2 instruction, with an optional atomic first purchase; the mint key is generated in the browser. The platform supports SOL-quoted Pump.fun tokens on the bonding curve or PumpSwap, while refusing tokens with certain risky extensions.
