## Description

Desthein Teachings is a self-inquiry and contemplative teaching initiative focused on realizing and embodying one’s true nature. Its work invites people to explore the nature of the self through awareness of the source from which the mind arises, what the mind is made of, and the awareness by which it is known. The teachings describe self-inquiry as a path to recognizing the Self and bringing that realization into everyday life. They also frame the world as an expression of the Self’s immanent absolute reality.

The website offers meditation and dialogue on the nature of the self, along with sessions and events for further engagement. Its media resources include English- and French-language videos, and the site also lists books related to the teachings. Visitors can learn more about Desthein Teachings through its About and Media sections, find information about upcoming events and sessions, and contact the organization. A newsletter subscription and donation option are also available.
