## Description

Det Glutenfrie Verksted is a Norwegian brand focused on making gluten-free food nutritious, convenient and enjoyable. Its products include organic flour and baking mixes made with less sugar and more fibre, without wheat starch. The range covers everyday meals and treats, with options such as bread and roll mixes, pizza and pie crusts, pancake mix, chocolate cake mix, buckwheat, breakfast cereals and muesli. Some products are highlighted as full-grain, yeast-free or free from added sugar and salt. The brand also shares recipes for breakfast, bread, sweet baking, sourdough, dinners, cakes and desserts, helping customers make the most of its products. Its website provides product information, an online shop and guidance on where to buy, alongside articles and resources about coeliac disease, research and practical topics such as starting school with coeliac disease. Founded around Monica J. Hellmann’s aim of creating food that tastes as good as conventional alternatives, Det Glutenfrie Verksted combines gluten-free choices with an emphasis on flavour and wholesome ingredients.
