## Description

The Developmental Disabilities Association (DDA) is a dedicated community living agency based in Vancouver and Richmond, focused on empowering individuals and families affected by developmental disabilities. With over 50 community-based programs and services, DDA supports both children and adults by fostering advocacy, inclusion, and safety. Each year, the organization services more than 1,800 individuals and families, creating extended networks of support tailored to meet unique needs.

DDA offers diverse programs, including infant development, family support services, and employment assistance through its Jobs West division, which helps adults with disabilities secure and maintain meaningful jobs. Additionally, Starworks, a social enterprise under DDA, provides employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to perform light labor and assembly work. Committed to community involvement, DDA collaborates with other organizations to promote inclusion and advocacy. Through their work, the DDA aims to enhance the quality of life and foster the potential of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
