Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company works with corporate clients around the world and also supports other training providers. The company’s services include leadership development courses, executive and one-on-one coaching, team alignment, assessments, training process outsourcing, and learning management system (LMS) options. Its offerings include programs such as Introduction to the Leader Life®, Present Like a Boss, DRIP Leadership, Leading with Style, Catalyst, and Sales Excellence, as well as tools including DISC, Driving Forces™, and Stress Quotient®.
