## Description

Devtale Partners is a Dhaka-based consulting company and think tank working with governments, development partners, and businesses to advance inclusive development and Bangladesh’s green transition. Its research, advisory, and programme-delivery work spans renewable energy, climate technology, skills development, social justice, healthcare transformation, and international development cooperation. The firm combines evidence-based research and policy advocacy with communications, youth engagement, behavioral design, and innovation to help turn ideas into practical change.

Devtale develops initiatives including GreenJobs BD, a platform connecting talent with employers in the green economy; the Shoktikonna and HerPOWER leadership cohorts, which support women in STEM and energy; and the ClimaTech Expedition, which brings together a climate innovation summit, exhibition, and hackathon. Its other programmes address water and climate resilience and clean-energy awareness. Devtale also partners with organizations such as the EU, GIZ, the World Bank, WePOWER, WaterAid, and the Government of Bangladesh. Through collaborative research, training, events, and private-sector engagement, the firm aims to build skills, expand opportunities, and support measurable progress for communities and the environment.
