## Description

DFink Basketball Training is a Brooklyn-based player development program welcoming people ages five and up, from beginners to experienced athletes, with all levels of fitness and basketball ability. Its coaching focuses on mastering the fundamentals: finishing, shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and rebounding. Sessions also incorporate hand-eye coordination, flexibility, balance, calisthenics, strength and conditioning, and speed and power development to help participants build well-rounded athletic skills.
