## Description

DHRISHTI, developed by XceptionalLEARNING, is a digital initiative supporting inclusive education and rehabilitation for Children with Special Needs (CWSN). Launched by Samagra Shiksha Andhra Pradesh, the project is designed for wider adoption across India. It helps schools and administrators identify children’s needs, monitor progress, and coordinate support through a structured system spanning state, district, block, school, teacher, and child levels.

The DHRISHTI platform provides real-time monitoring, secure case histories, intervention plans, assessments, goal setting, attendance tracking, activity records, and progress reports, accessible through mobile devices and the web. Its digital content library includes more than 1,000 prepared resources, with tools to create customized learning materials and support individualized education plans, academic learning, and vocational training. An optional VergeTAB device offers a controlled learning environment for classroom and home use, with features for parent engagement and feedback.

XceptionalLEARNING also provides structured training for rehabilitation professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders. Its approach promotes continuity between school and home, transparent communication, and coordinated support for children’s development and independence.
