## Description

DHV-XC is an online flight portal operated by the German Paragliding and Hanggliding Association (DHV e.V.). It enables pilots to submit GPS-recorded flights as IGC files, then view and examine their routes and flight details on the platform. The service supports the German Cross Country Championships for paragliders and hanggliders, alongside a range of club and regional rankings. Users can explore flights and rankings by season and apply filters for details such as location, glider, date, distance, duration, competition, and flight category. The portal also provides statistics and reference information, including glider data, waypoints, and airspaces, as well as help resources, FAQs, a forum, and release notes. DHV-XC is developing an extension for hike-and-fly activities and invites pilots to share recorded tracks to support testing across devices and file formats. With flight submission, analysis, competition rankings, and practical aviation information in one place, the platform serves pilots who want to document their flying and follow cross-country performance within the paragliding and hanggliding community.
