Diabetes Ireland is the leading national charity in Ireland dedicated to providing support and assistance to individuals with diabetes. Our mission is to offer education, motivation, and guidance to anyone affected by diabetes, helping them lead healthier lives. We offer a range of services to meet the diverse needs of those living with diabetes, including a dedicated helpline, support for health professionals, downloadable resources, and delicious diabetes-friendly recipes.

Additionally, we advocate for better diabetes management and treatment options, including the need for a national diabetes register and improved access to glucose monitoring systems. Our care centers provide services such as podiatry, orthotics, counseling, and diabetic retinopathy screenings. Furthermore, we offer educational programs for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes, prevention strategies, and support for managing diabetes during pregnancy and in schools.
