## Description

The IDF Diabetes Atlas is a global information resource from the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), an umbrella organisation representing 264 national diabetes associations in 163 countries and territories. The IDF’s mission is to improve the lives of people with diabetes and help prevent diabetes among those at risk. The Atlas brings together data and insights on the prevalence, trends and impact of diabetes worldwide, with information that can be explored by region, country and indicator. Its measures cover diabetes estimates, undiagnosed cases, mortality, health expenditure, impaired glucose tolerance and fasting glucose, gestational diabetes, and type 1 diabetes.
