## Description

Diaspora is a private dining and catering brand in Copenhagen, led by Brazilian-born chef Matheu Tortelli. The service brings fine-dining experiences to homes and chosen venues across Copenhagen, Hellerup, Charlottenlund, Gentofte and North Zealand. Matheu cooks each event himself, creating menus for the guests and occasion, with Nordic ingredients shaped by culinary traditions from Brazil, Italy and Portugal.

Diaspora offers private dinners featuring five to seven courses, as well as wedding menus, company dinners, julefrokost and catering. Catering options include canapés, sharing dishes and buffets. The menus draw inspiration from food traditions around the world; examples include Danish hiramasa crudo with green apple and sea buckthorn, nettle-filled tortelli in roasted chicken broth, and duck liver parfait with beetroot and port wine gel.

Prices listed include private dinners from 600 DKK per guest and catering from 200 DKK per person. Wedding menus are listed at 560–700 DKK per guest, while company event pricing is available on request. Diaspora is rated 5.0 on Google.
