# Didanet - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `didanet.cz` ## Description Didanet is a purpose-built information system for Czech SPC and PPP services, designed to help staff manage client care and reduce routine administrative work. Developed by ARET Praha s.r.o., the software brings client records, service activity, deadlines and related documents together in an organized workspace. Staff can create and manage case files throughout the period of care, record individual and group activities, document assessments, and prepare reports, recommendations and support measures. Didanet generates client-facing and institutional documents, including statistical reports required by the Czech Ministry of Education, and supports reusable correspondence templates. Its integrated file storage keeps documents, scans, attachments and medical reports associated with client records. The system also provides direct integration with Czech data mailboxes for sending and receiving messages, as well as the Dopis Online service for sending correspondence without printing documents. Users can search, filter, sort and group case overviews, and access training, a user guide, version history and remote support.
