## Description

Didcot Baby Monday is a community-led charity supporting expectant and new parents in Didcot. Its welcoming, inclusive social groups offer opportunities to meet local families, share experiences, make friends and build a supportive community during early parenthood. Alongside its groups, the organisation provides evidence-based information and non-judgemental peer support to help parents navigate life with a baby.

A trained Infant Feeding and Sleep Counsellor and peer supporters are available to listen and discuss topics including breastfeeding, formula feeding and bottles, introducing solid foods, infant sleep, adjusting to motherhood, returning to work, and choosing or using slings and baby carriers. Families can also borrow from a selected book library and find recommended online resources, including websites, articles, videos, podcasts and apps.

Didcot Baby Monday runs an antenatal group and holds regular small-group workshops and paediatric first aid courses. It also works with Oxfordshire Breastfeeding Support, which offers a Friday clinic at Didcot Library, alongside other local sessions and remote support. Updates are shared through Facebook and Instagram.
