## Description

.TECH Domains is a pioneering brand dedicated to fostering diversity in the technology sector through initiatives like the #MyStartInTech campaign. This initiative aims to address the significant gap between the number of available computing jobs and the limited number of Computer Science graduates in the U.S.; only 47% of public high schools offer this vital subject. Through #MyStartInTech, the brand showcases inspiring stories from over 75 tech leaders, encouraging students, particularly those from marginalized communities, to engage in Computer Science education. The campaign not only highlights the importance of accessible tech education but also emphasizes the economic impact of the tech industry, valued at $1.9 billion and growing swiftly with over 410,000 open computing jobs. By amplifying these stories, .TECH Domains hopes to ignite passion and interest in technology among young minds, contributing to a more diverse and inclusive workforce in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
