- **Primary alias:** `digitale-verwaltung.de`

## Description

Digital Administration is the information and service platform of Germany’s Federal Ministry for Digital and State Modernisation. It supports the digital transformation of public administration across federal, state and local government, bringing together guidance, policy information, implementation resources and updates. Key topics include the Online Access Act, the Single Digital Gateway, digital identity, the BundID, the online ID function, eIDAS 2.0 and the modernisation of public registers. The site also covers shared digital solutions, administrative architecture, standards, procurement, economic assessments and workforce development.

For citizens and businesses, it points to the Federal Portal, where many public services can be accessed and applications submitted online. The BundID provides secure identification and authentication and lets users receive official notices through a digital inbox. The EinfachMachen portal invites individuals, organisations, businesses and public employees to report unnecessary administrative complexity. Visitors can also find news, events, practical examples, FAQs, a newsletter, dashboards and materials for implementing digital services. Resources are organised for federal, state, municipal and business audiences.
