Nila is a small, intimate tasting-menu restaurant in Bengaluru, founded by chef Rahul Sharma to celebrate the diversity of India’s regional ingredients and food cultures. Rather than revisiting familiar dishes or defining a region by conventional borders, Nila builds each menu around ingredients, stories, and rituals that connect with people across the country. Led by Rahul and a team spanning the kitchen and dining room, Nila offers a thoughtful, story-driven experience centered on food, place, and shared discovery.
