Direction Service is a multi-program family support nonprofit that has been serving Lane County since 1976. Our mission is to help people with disabilities and special needs live full and healthy lives. With a strong commitment to respect, integrity, and compassion, we provide a variety of services and resources that cultivate healthy individuals, families, and communities.

Our services include youth and family support, counseling, and access to media resources. We work in partnership with our consumers, empowering them to determine the best course of action for meaningful improvements in their lives. Our staff is honest, trustworthy, and accountable, ensuring that consumer trust is well-placed and privacy is protected.

We also strive to keep administrative costs low and constantly seek feedback to ensure continuous improvement in our services.
