DIRK, the German Investor Relations Association, is a professional organization supporting investor relations (IR) and capital-market communication in the German-speaking business community. It brings together member companies and IR professionals, providing a shared voice on practical and regulatory issues that affect communication between listed companies, investors, policymakers and market institutions.
