DISGENET is a biomedical knowledge platform that turns human genetics data into actionable intelligence for research and precision medicine. Its curated database brings together gene-disease and variant-disease associations from multiple sources, including databases, scientific literature, biobanks, and clinical knowledge. The platform reports more than 1.6 million publications, 13.3 million pieces of evidence, 38,200 diseases and traits, 30,400 disease genes, and 1.7 million disease variants.
