The Disability Network (TDN) is a nonprofit center for independent living that aims to empower people with disabilities to live as independently as possible in their communities. Since 1992, TDN has been providing a range of services to individuals with disabilities, including independent living skills development, information and referral, peer counseling, youth and adult transitional living, and advocacy. TDN is committed to changing the conversation around disability, shifting from fear, pity, victimhood, and stigma to a message of hope, opportunity, expectation, and purpose.

They offer support to both youth and adults with disabilities through services such as advocacy, information and referral, peer support, nursing facility transitions, and independent living skills. Their dedicated team and board are passionate about their work, with 90% of them identifying as having a disability themselves. TDN's mission is to revolutionize communities, creating inclusivity and acceptance where all people can thrive and create the quality of life they desire.

Through their core values of inclusion, passion, respect, trust, and teamwork, TDN aims to empower 5,000 individuals with disabilities to reach their goals by 2025.
