## Description

Led by Michael Wulpillier, the company combines more than 20 years of project management experience with a personal, regional and practical approach. It supports building owners and clients from initial assessment through planning and implementation, with a focus on clear advice and solutions tailored to each project.

For buildings, disprojekt provides GEAK and GEAK Plus energy assessments, renovation strategies, energy documentation and support with grant funding. Its technical services include free initial consultations on heating replacement and condition analyses to help plan for the next 10 to 25 years. In energy consulting, the company develops energy concepts, optimises building systems and operations, and helps clients understand consumption and reduce costs sustainably.

disprojekt aims to connect independent advice with holistic thinking and collaborative delivery. Client feedback highlights its solution-oriented communication and its ability to bring heating and ventilation systems from problematic conditions to effective operation.
