## Description

Disruptive Ventures is a Swedish operational investor that backs technology companies with capital and hands-on expertise to help them grow. Its AI-first approach combines investment with practical support, and the firm says its work continues beyond the initial funding. Rather than operating as a traditional venture capital fund with a fixed exit timetable, Disruptive Ventures describes itself as a long-term partner for founders.

The firm works across two areas. For scale-ups with paying customers and growing revenue, it supports the next stage of expansion. For deep-tech businesses, it invests in the journey from research and intellectual property to market and first customers. Its company-building services span sales, pricing, commercialization, branding, product development, AI, IT, recruitment, HR, financing, and internationalization.

Disruptive Ventures says its team brings experience from companies including Google, Zoom, AWS, and Spotify, as well as from building and exiting businesses. Its portfolio includes companies such as Crystal Alarm, Alent Dynamic, LunaLEC, and Vaylo.
