Distillerie du Sonneur is an organic agricultural distillery located in Ségrie au Mans. They produce high-end spirits including eau-de-vie, vodka, and gin. With 5 hectares of organic orchards, Distillerie du Sonneur focuses on using mainly old or local fruit varieties in their products.

They offer guided tours where visitors can explore the distillery and indulge in tasting experiences. Two types of tours are available: the Initiation tour and the Equilibre tour. The distillery also provides a unique and unconventional space for hosting both private and professional events in the city center of Le Mans.

In addition to their wide range of spirits, including a new addition of Fleur de Molène eau-de-vie, Distillerie du Sonneur is currently aging their first-ever whisky, which will be released to the public in June 2024
