## Description

Drunks in the Park (DITP) Franklin is a local Alcoholics Anonymous meeting group serving people interested in recovery from alcoholism. Its open meetings welcome anyone who wants to learn about the AA program, while its daily gatherings provide opportunities for members to share experience, strength, and hope and support one another in recovery. Meetings take place every day at 6:30 a.m., both in person and online via Zoom. The weekly program includes open discussion meetings Monday through Thursday and Saturday, a Big Book meeting on Friday, and an 11th Step meeting on Sunday. In-person meeting locations vary by season: from May through October, the group meets at Aspen Grove Park in Franklin, Tennessee; from October through April, it meets at Aspen Grove Christian Church, also in Franklin. DITP provides Zoom access details and directions for participants and points visitors to AA Nashville and other local and online resources. For inquiries, the group can be contacted by email at drunksintheparkfranklin@gmail.com.
