Our founder, Ibrahim Azz El-Din, is an architect, urban researcher, and human rights advocate committed to developing informal areas and opposing forced displacement. With a degree in Urban Planning from Al-Azhar University, Ibrahim has contributed to urban planning updates in rural villages and worked on housing rights and urban development projects. Dewan Al-Umran's vision is rooted in the belief that sustainable development begins with intellectual engagement.
