## Description

Diya Events & Supplies is a Manchester-based catering and events business specialising in bespoke Indian food and hospitality. Led by Events Director Devang Gohil, the team brings extensive combined experience in catering and hospitality, with a focus on thoughtful planning, attentive service and freshly prepared cuisine.

The company caters for weddings of all faiths, private celebrations, corporate functions and festivals. Its wedding services bring authentic Indian food to special occasions, while corporate catering is available for team-building days, functions and Christmas parties. For parties, Diya offers options ranging from canapés to formal sit-down banquets. At festivals and shows, guests can enjoy Indian cuisine served from the company’s bespoke, self-sufficient catering trailer, which includes a fully functional kitchen for on-site cooking.

Executive Chef Pradip Nale brings experience across Indian, Arabic, Chinese, Continental and British cuisines, with an inventive approach to dishes. Whether catering for an intimate gathering or a larger event, Diya aims to combine distinctive food with reliable event management and friendly, professional service.
