Through a transparent and virtuous scholarship system, Djéna not only aids current beneficiaries but also cultivates future donors. The association offers mentorship, career guidance, entrepreneurship coaching, and an annual boot camp.

Selected students receive a 1000 Euro scholarship annually for two years, covering living expenses, housing, and a laptop. Djéna prioritizes exceptional academic performance, social criteria, and a personal statement in their selection process. With a strong focus on fostering excellence, Djéna has garnered over 10,000 Euros in donations, engaged 50 unique donors, evaluated 250 applications, and cultivated partnerships to support African master's students.
