## Description

Enter a domain to retrieve live DNS records, validate them against relevant specifications, and receive an overall grade from F to A+. The service evaluates DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, and MTA-STS, which determine the grade. It also checks MX records, security.txt, TLS-RPT, DNSSEC, and DANE/TLSA, presenting these findings for additional context without including them in the grade.

The analyzer explains each area, from DMARC policies and SPF-authorized senders to DKIM signing keys, brand logo records, and inbound TLS enforcement. It detects mail exchanger providers and checks SPF’s DNS lookup limit, as well as DKIM keys across 37 common selectors, with options to specify additional selectors. Users can also explore advanced options, analyze message headers, or access the service through an API. dmarcheck is offered under the MIT License, with account-based monitoring available.
