## Description

Diakonissen-Mutterhaus St. Chrischona (DMH) is a Christian diaconal and missionary organization founded in 1925 by the former Pilgermission St. Chrischona. Its main location is on St. Chrischona hill in the canton of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland, with a second site in Lörrach, Germany. The organization was established as a home for the Sisters of St. Chrischona and continues their commitment to prayer and service, even as it adapts to a period of change within the sisterhood. DMH carries out its work primarily in Germany and Switzerland, supported by around 120 employees across its activities. Its offerings include the Pflegeheim St. Chrischona care home and the Wohnpark St. Chrischona residential community. The organization also welcomes visitors to public church services, worship and prayer gatherings, and other events. At Restaurant Mandelzweig, guests can enjoy seasonal dining and special meals. DMH invites individuals and congregations to get in touch about its work, share prayer requests, attend events, or support the organization through donations.
