## Description

DM Hero is an Instagram outbound marketing platform that helps businesses manage personalized cold direct messages and follow-ups from their own Instagram accounts. Its tools bring lead management, campaign automation, AI-assisted conversations, and performance analytics together in one workflow.

Users can import prospect lists from spreadsheets or add leads individually, then organize them with the built-in CRM’s tags, scoring, and niche groups. Campaigns send personalized messages and scheduled follow-ups, with AI-suggested wording variations. A Chrome extension types and sends messages from the user’s real account, using randomized delays, daily limits, and quiet hours.

When a prospect responds, DM Hero’s configurable AI Setter can qualify the lead, answer questions, handle objections, and share a booking link or offer. Follow-ups stop when a lead replies, and users can step in when a prospect is ready. Analytics track replies by campaign and message template, along with conversions to calls or sales. The platform also summarizes prospects’ stated needs to help users refine future messaging.
