## Description

NovaSys is an information technology services company founded in 2013 and based in Porto, Portugal. It helps businesses turn technology requirements into practical solutions, serving organizations across Portugal and other European countries. Its services cover the planning, installation and management of business technology, with a particular focus on retail environments and critical infrastructure.

NovaSys designs and installs structured networks, including Cat 6A/7 cabling and fibre optics, and deploys switches, routers, wireless networks, voice systems, UPS equipment and data centre solutions. For retailers, it provides store technology rollouts, POS and payment-terminal implementation, logistics support and project management. Additional services include CCTV, access control, digital signage, WiFi surveys, commercial renovations and 24/7 technical helpdesk support, with a stated 95% SLA.

The company also supplies and configures SensMax people-counting systems using radar or infrared technology, including options for outdoor sites with solar power and 4G connectivity. These camera-free systems support visitor and occupancy monitoring while avoiding personal image capture.
