DocFinance is a leading brand in the field of financial software solutions for businesses. With over 30 years of experience in treasury management, we develop two products and provide consulting services to optimise financial processes. 

Our experience comes “from being customers”: before being suppliers, we were directly involved in treasury management and financial administration. Therefore, our applications are the result of direct knowledge of industry needs and aim to meet the needs of CFOs, treasurers, operations managers and accounting professionals.

Our flagship product, DocFinance, is the most widely used treasury management solution in Italy. It integrates seamlessly with over 300 ERP systems and with Italian and international banking systems. DocFinance automates payment and collection processes, manages financial contracts and maintains accurate records of banking transactions. This versatile solution is suitable for both small and large companies. 
The second application is DocCredit, a comprehensive credit management tool that helps companies assess their counterparties and efficiently recover outstanding debts, with integrated business information providers, ERP and CRM systems. 

In 2023, we acquired a Spanish company specialising in treasury management. Every day, more than 20,000 companies, both in Italy and abroad, use DocFinance as an essential tool for day-to-day treasury operations, making a crucial contribution to the management of strategic business decisions.
