## Description

Doemi is the biscuit brand of Biscottificio D’Onofrio, based in Foggia, Italy. Rooted in a family recipe associated with founder Nonno Emilio, the brand draws on traditional baking and familiar, home-style flavors. Doemi says it selects natural ingredients and keeps to the classic recipe that has shaped its biscuits over time.

Its range includes classic biscuits, pastarelle, filled treats in lemon, chocolate, sour cherry and gianduia flavors, small cakes, and rustichini. Other featured products include coconut shortbread, chocolate-chip biscuits, lemon-cream cakes, and a wellness line with sugar-free cocoa biscuits. The products are presented for everyday occasions, from breakfast and school breaks to workday snacks and an after-dinner treat.

Doemi also offers an online shop and a private-label product line. Its Doemi Land concept extends the brand through imaginative stories and characters inspired by its biscuits. Biscottificio D’Onofrio provides consumer and order support from its Foggia location, where customers can contact the company by phone or email.
