## Description

Dog Tired is an Oklahoma-based maker of custom guitars, guitar straps, and accessories, founded in 2013 with a mission to build quality products in the United States. Its guitars are hand-built in Oklahoma, with one-off details designed to reflect each player’s personality, history, and creative vision. Customers can work with the maker on instruments that may incorporate meaningful materials, such as wood from a family property. The company also makes guitar straps in Oklahoma, including its Original Strap, crafted from cotton webbing with genuine leather ends and an adjustable length. Its range includes apparel, accessories, and pens, while other accessories are sourced from US companies. Dog Tired presents its work as a way to inspire musicians and help them tell their stories through distinctive instruments and gear. The brand also supports charitable causes: since 2013, it has worked with Needtobreathe to raise more than $80,000 through donated custom guitars, and its contributions to local charities have helped raise over $125,000 in total.
