## Description

Dog Gone Rescue is a reputable non-profit Animal Rescue organization based in SW Iowa. As a no-kill shelter, they are dedicated to helping unwanted, abused, and neglected animals find loving forever homes. They also provide shelter and straw during extreme weather conditions for animals in need. Additionally, Dog Gone Rescue offers assistance with food for pets whenever possible. In addition to their rescue efforts, Dog Gone Rescue runs various programs to support animal welfare. They have Buddy's Bingo, which is an enjoyable activity for pet owners and their furry friends. They also facilitate pet adoptions and offer resources such as adoption and foster applications, spay and neuter funds, articles, tips, and helpful links. The organization emphasizes the importance of pet care, especially during the summer season. They provide practical tips like ensuring fresh water for pets, providing shade when outside to prevent heatstroke, and suggesting frozen treats for dogs to stay cool and entertained. To further fulfill their mission, Dog Gone Rescue launched the Spay & Neuter Fund, which aims to help low-income families get their pets spayed or neutered. This initiative encourages responsible pet ownership, improves pet health, and controls the pet population. To apply for assistance, pet owners can fill out an online form on their website. Dog Gone Rescue also recommends Honest Paws CBD Oil products for pets with anxiety or joint issues and offers adorable ID tags for dogs, with 35% of the purchase supporting their rescue efforts. To continue making a difference in the lives of animals, they rely on donations from generous supporters. With their dedication and commitment to animal welfare, Dog Gone Rescue is a valuable resource for anyone seeking to adopt, foster, or simply contribute to the well-being of animals in need.
