Dogwood is a grassroots organization dedicated to empowering local communities in British Columbia to reclaim control over their environment, energy, and democracy. Founded in 1998 and named after the provincial flower, Dogwood has become a powerful voice for social and environmental justice in B.C. With over 281,000 supporters and 859 volunteers, the organization focuses on crucial issues such as climate change, Indigenous rights, and political accountability.  

Dogwood's initiatives aim to halt fracking, promote clean energy solutions, and protect land and water resources essential for sustaining life. They engage citizens through various channels, including campaigns, volunteering opportunities, and educational resources, all designed to inspire action and foster meaningful change.
