## Description

Dominion Boxing is a family-owned and operated USA Boxing gym in Dickinson, North Dakota, founded by LaCota Domine. The gym offers training for adults and children aged eight and older, with a focus on boxing, kickboxing, certified self-defense, and building confidence, self-control, and respect. Its coaches teach skills progressively through hands-on practice with gloves, bags, dummies, and mats, in a positive atmosphere suited to beginners and experienced athletes. Training includes beginner and intermediate skills classes, conditioning, personal one-on-one coaching, and invitation-only advanced competition sessions. Morning cardio kickboxing combines cardiovascular exercise, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility; all fitness levels are welcome, and no prior experience or equipment is required. Dominion also provides a 24-hour, seven-day open gym with weights, bags, mats, showers, and changing rooms. The on-site shop sells boxing and training gear, including gloves, shoes, hand wraps, headgear, shin guards, mouthguards, and apparel. Dominion is not currently focusing on MMA.
