Built on the former Domino Sugar Refinery site, it honors the generations of workers, families, and neighbors connected to the historic factory while opening this stretch of the waterfront to public use. The park welcomes visitors daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and offers green spaces, Manhattan skyline views, and places to relax or get active.
