About

Description

Doney Park Water is a trusted brand committed to delivering a clean, safe, and reliable water supply to its members in Flagstaff, Arizona. As a public service corporation and member-owned cooperative, we are regulated by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and the Arizona Corporation Commission. Serving a 44 square mile area, we provide water to over 3,600 households and businesses.

Our water comes from the Coconino Aquifer, which is approximately 1,700 feet deep. It is considered hard, with a range of 11. 1 to 15.

6 grains per gallon, depending on your location in the distribution system. We do not soften the water or add anything to it. With a strong focus on transparency, we annually send our members a water quality report that details the quality and content of our water.

The day-to-day operations are overseen by a dedicated General Manager and a five-member Board of Directors. Doney Park Water has a rich history, dating back to 1936, when ranchers in the area came together to address water challenges. The area is named after the colorful pioneer, Ben Doney, whose legacy lives on through the historic Ben Doney cabin, now located at Flagstaff’s Pioneer History Museum.

At Doney Park Water, our goal is to provide you with safe, clean, and high-quality water at a reasonable cost
