## Description

Donkey Republic is a global brand that offers a bike rental service, aiming to transform urban mobility and make cities more liveable. Their mission is to provide convenient, affordable, flexible, and sustainable transportation while connecting with riders and encouraging them to participate in the transformation of urban mobility. With a passionate team dedicated to the bike life and technology, Donkey Republic strives to create a better world by making sustainable mobility accessible to everyone. The brand's history dates back to 2012 when the co-founder, Erdem Ovacik, had the idea of creating an easier way to share bikes. In 2014, Donkey Republic was established in Copenhagen, introducing an innovative wireless lock and bike-sharing system. Since then, they have helped millions of people worldwide make green and sustainable transportation choices. In May 2021, Donkey Republic achieved a significant milestone by trading on Nasdaq First North. Currently, Donkey Republic operates in over 71 cities, with a fleet of 20,000+ Donkey bikes and a team of 45 bike mechanics. They believe in the power of bikes as a simple, plain, and unpretentious mode of transportation, and their vision is to become the most accessible and reliable form of transportation in everyday life.
