## Description

Associazione DONNE NUOVE is a volunteer association based in Biella, Italy, founded on September 29, 2004, by a group of friends who shared the experience of entering a new stage of life: menopause. Its mission is to inform, support, and bring women together as they navigate the physical and emotional changes associated with this period. The association offers opportunities for shared discussion and peer support, including AMA groups, and provides educational activities and events on health, wellbeing, and related topics. Recent subjects have included healthy ageing and physical activity, urinary disorders, Ayurveda for women in menopause, grief following perinatal loss, and the role of anger. Its program also covers broader themes such as finance and wellbeing, artificial intelligence, and personal development. Through its activities, resources, and community engagement, DONNE NUOVE encourages women to approach change with knowledge, connection, and confidence. The association shares information through its website and social media and welcomes support for its work. It is located at Via Orfanotrofio 16, c/o CTV Biella.
