## Description

Doodle Cricket is a browser-based game site dedicated to the popular cricket-themed Google Doodle originally created in 2017 for the ICC Champions Trophy. It lets visitors play the arcade-style game for free on mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers, without downloading an app, creating an account, or paying. Players control a cricket insect with a bat, facing snail bowlers on a colorful illustrated pitch. The simple tap-or-click controls make the game easy to start, while timing each swing to score runs provides an ongoing challenge. An innings ends when the player misses or is caught, inviting another attempt to beat a personal best. The site preserves the original gameplay and art style and provides instructions, frequently asked questions, and tips for improving scores. Doodle Cricket is presented as a quick, lighthearted game for both cricket fans and newcomers, playable directly in a modern web browser. Its focus is casual, single-player entertainment, with the challenge centered on improving one’s own score rather than competing in multiplayer matches or on leaderboards.
