## Description

DoppiaW Ultra is a cross-border trail-running event organised by A.S.D. DoppiaW, taking place on alpine paths across Valtellina in Italy and Valposchiavo in Switzerland. The event brings runners together for routes through the mountain landscapes of both regions, with start and finish activity centred around Tirano. Its 2026 programme is scheduled for 19–20 June and offers four race distances: 15 kilometres with 800 metres of elevation gain, 37 kilometres with 2,700 metres, 62 kilometres with 4,400 metres, and an ultra-distance course of 104 kilometres with 6,900 metres. The longer routes are associated with ITRA points, ranging from two to five. DoppiaW’s website provides course details, regulations, schedules, registration information and race results, alongside event photography and information about accommodation. The broader programme also features Doppia W, Mini DoppiaW and Corsa del Sole. Supported by sponsors, technical partners and municipalities on both sides of the border, DoppiaW Ultra combines organised trail competition with a celebration of the alpine territory.
