## Description

Doughboy is a dedicated brand committed to honoring the legacy of American soldiers, particularly those who served in World War I. Established in 2013 in partnership with the U.S. WWI Centennial Commission, the Doughboy Foundation has been instrumental in the creation and enhancement of the National World War I Memorial located in Washington, D.C. With a mission to Keep Faith with the American Doughboy, the foundation engages the public through various initiatives. They offer an array of services, including the Daily Taps soundings at the Memorial, mobile apps for enhanced accessibility, and organizing signature events that feature Stories of Service. These programs aim to educate and commemorate the contributions of Americans during the war. The Doughboy Foundation also provides resources for WWI education, genealogy research, and community engagement through webinars and teaching materials. Going forward, the organization remains steadfast in its stewardship of the Memorial and dedicated to remembering the sacrifices of those who served in the Great War.
