## Description

Doula Mamita is a pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support service led by Ana Brunović in Zagreb. Drawing on her own experience of pregnancy and childbirth, Ana offers expectant and new mothers compassionate, individualized guidance to help them feel informed, confident, and supported as they enter motherhood. Her approach emphasizes listening to each family’s needs rather than promising a particular birth outcome.

Services include one-to-one preparation for labor and the weeks after birth, with education tailored to each client’s concerns and priorities. Sessions can cover childbirth, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding, and partners are included so they can better understand the process and provide practical support. Clients also receive follow-up materials, time to discuss questions, and ongoing availability during the birth experience. Support continues at home after hospital discharge, with guidance for the early postpartum period and newborn care.

Doula Mamita aims to help families explore their options, prepare for different scenarios, and advocate for their preferences.
