## Description

Doulisa is a personal doula and family-support service led by Lisa, offering caring, relationship-focused guidance through pregnancy, birth and the early months with a baby. Its approach is attentive, non-judgmental and designed to strengthen parents’ confidence and competence as they adjust to family life. Doula support provides a continuous companion for a woman’s individual journey into motherhood. Families can also arrange a Motherblessing, a celebration intended to honour and emotionally support someone during pregnancy, as well as placenta art inspired by the placenta’s symbolism as a source of life and connection.

Doulisa offers practical consultations on baby sleep, breastfeeding and babywearing, helping parents better understand their child’s needs and find approaches suited to their circumstances. Baby massage is another offering, with a focus on closeness, relaxation and connection between parent and child. Guidance is also available for starting complementary foods. Prospective clients can get in touch by phone or through the contact form to discuss their needs; an initial conversation is free and without obligation.
