## Description

Douro4u is an informal association of five wine producers in Portugal’s Douro Demarcated Region, formed to promote and share the Douro and Port wines they make across the region’s varied terroirs. Bringing together independent producers, the group presents a diverse portfolio of wines, each shaped by its maker and place of origin. Its members are Aneto, Esmero, Quinta da Prelada, Quinta de Tourais and Terrus.

Aneto is a family enterprise established in 2001 to produce, bottle and sell small quantities of high-quality wine. Esmero focuses on the potential of old vines and the production of quality wines. Quinta da Prelada, based in Vila Seca de Poiares near Peso da Régua, has roots in the early seventeenth century and is owned by the Magalhães e Silva family, which has produced wine in the Douro for five generations. Quinta de Tourais is a family-owned estate committed to traditional Douro grape varieties. Terrus makes its wines exclusively from grapes grown at Quinta de Fundo de Vila.
