## Description

Samenwerkingsverband DOVA is a Dutch partnership of decentralized public transport authorities, established in January 2019 through collaboration between DOVA and NDOV. Its members work together to improve public transport in the Netherlands. Alongside CROW-KpVV, VDVN and Railforum, DOVA forms part of the OV-campus, a collaborative platform focused on public transport.

The partnership addresses practical and strategic topics affecting travelers and the public transport sector. Its work includes fares and payment options, such as the OV-chipkaart, bank cards, the new OV-pas, subscriptions and tickets. DOVA also focuses on reliable, timely and consistent travel information, including updates for delays and diversions, and on making independent public transport travel more accessible for people with disabilities.

Through its website, DOVA shares news, columns, thematic information and a newsletter covering current developments and initiatives. These include work on a multi-year public transport image programme, developed with public transport operators and authorities, with a planned launch on Public Transport Day 2027.
